Spreading our wings

Following on from a run of aviation-themed trade shows all over Europe, MRO Europe lands at the London ExCeL this December, and Smart Display is putting the wheels in motion for more installations at the event.

Building upon the success of previous editions in Barcelona last year and Amsterdam in 2023, MRO Europe is back in the UK capital for the first time since 2022. The return to the London ExCeL is a coup for the venue, which is hoping to surpass last year’s visitor numbers of 11,500 attendees representing a total of 95 countries.

With the majority of floorspace already sold out, confirmed exhibitors are turning their attention to their exhibition stand build, and designs that will elevate their brand above that of the competition. As regular installers at aviation events the Farnborough Airshow, Airspace World, European Rotors and the Paris Airshow, Smart Display is adapting its expertise in the aviation sector to position itself as the industry’s trusted partner for exhibition stand design and build.

MRO Europe is working in conjunction with the Better Stands programme, an initiative which encourages exhibitors to work with contractors who are committed to reducing the waste typically generated from traditional, disposable exhibition stands. It’s an ethos well-aligned with Smart Display’s commitment to sustainable stand build, which sees as many elements as possible re-used from one exhibition to the next.
