Hitting the road
Smart Display has revealed that it will take its exhibition stand design expertise out on the road this summer as part of the Marketing Showcase series of events. The events specialist will make its debut at Manchester’s Old Trafford Stadium on 25 June, with the potential of further dates being added at other regional events throughout the year.
Each Marketing Showcase event is a platform for marketing specialists to connect with end-users and full-service agencies seeking leaders in their field. With each exhibitor having been selected to represent a niche sector of the marketing spectrum, Smart Display is proud to be fulfilling the role of specialist exhibition stand design, installation and breakdown.
“Trade exhibitions in general are seeing a huge upsurge in enthusiasm and attendance and this has been reflected in the number of brands seeking a bespoke stand design,” says Smart Display’s managing director Chris Stewart. “For those few days, a company’s exhibition stand is its branding, its platform to network and its shop window into every aspect of its offer, and brands are recognising the importance of getting it right. We are delighted to be representing this marketing niche as part of the Marketing Showcase roadshow, and we are open to the idea of rolling this model out across other geographical locations as the year progresses.”
The Manchester edition of Marketing Showcase takes place between 10am and 2pm within the Stadium’s Manchester Suite. The four-hour timeframe guarantees a focused, highly-targeted event where serious, business-minded attendees can connect with a carefully-curated portfolio of marketing specialists. The event will also play host to ten speakers, delivering engaging seminars on a range of topics including the changing digital landscape, tech trends, converting social media activity into actual sales and the marketing trends of the future.
Although Smart Display is new to the roadshow concept, the events specialist made its exhibition debut towards the end of last year at London’s B2B Marketing Expo. Having designed and installed hundreds of exhibition stands all over the UK and overseas over the years for other clients, the opportunity to design a stand of its own saw Smart Display push the boundaries of design to show the full extent of its design capabilities.
Following its attendance at the Manchester edition of Marketing Showcase, Smart Display will potentially represent the exhibition stand design aspect of marketing at the roadshow’s other locations, which include Newcastle, Birmingham, Nottingham, Southampton and London.
